The State Supreme Court is comprised of 9 Justices. Three seats are up for election this year. Vote for one candidates in each position. Judicial races are non-partisan and as a result the winner is often determined during the primary election. It is especially important for these races to vote in the primaries.

Candidate Notes:
1 I have no objection to non-intoxicating hemp as an agricultural product to the extent the Legislature legalizes its production and provides for adequate controls.
2 I believe that marijuana ought to be available for persons undergoing certain types of chemotherapy and other medical treatment, so long as it is under a physician's supervision.
3 Decriminalization of marijuana for personal use has to be dealt with in the context of a thorough-going reevaluation of our society's approach to all forms of drug use, so the question is not suitable for a "yes" or "no" answer.
